The following standard charges apply to patients 14 years and over
(From 1 December 2018 appointments for patients under 14 years are free. A fee may apply for materials used)

(Unless eligible for a funded one)
Routine Repeat Prescriptions $18.50
(When consultation not required)
Emergency/Urgent Scripts $35.00

Standard Form Completion $23.00
Appropriate Fees will also be charged for all certificates that are requested outside of a consultation (Actual fees will vary according to time taken).
There will be a charge for all referral letters.
